Everyone has sexual fantasies and desires, but manifesting those acts can prove to be a challenge. Careful planning, honest communication, and an agreement that each participant has the right to change her or his mind at any point are key to making your sexual experimentation positive and healthy. Since truth is often stranger than fiction, I offer the following real stories that highlight the consequences of poor planning and flawed judgment. Each of these scenarios has the potential to be an exciting sexual experience, as long as you make efforts to avoid these pitfalls.
Tip #1: When planning to live out your fantasies, don’t forget to consider innocent bystanders—everyone involved must give consent, that way you won’t attract unwanted attention.
Police Blunder Into Sex Game
Police trying to foil a kidnapping in Holland found they had instead blundered into an elaborate sex game. Passers-by called police after seeing a young blond woman being bundled into the back of a van in Brunssum. Three men had roughly manhandled the struggling woman who was handcuffed, blindfolded, gagged, and staggering on high heels in fishnet stockings.
Police scrambled to a helicopter, motorbikes and squad cars—22 officers in all—and tracked the van to the city of Heerlen some 20 miles away. There was a dramatic chase, which ended in a police roadblock and the men being ordered to lie face down at gunpoint on the road. Two of them were only half dressed and police feared the woman had been raped in the back of the van. But when they untied her and took her gag off, she reportedly screamed: "You stupid b******s! I've been trying to set this up for months! And now you've ruined it, just when it was getting interesting!"
The three male occupants, aged 36, 39, and 58 and all from Heerlen, were freed. "We ascertained no crime was committed because this was a sexual fantasy that the 'victim' set up and was a willing participant in," said a police spokesman. "We advised her next time to arrange to be kidnapped in her own home."
Tip #2: Following the Kama Sutra is a fun way to inject experimentation into your sex life, but keep in mind that many of the positions are best reserved for the cast of Cirque du Soleil. Randy Brits Cause £350m Damage a Year
British couples cause £350million damage each year by having energetic sex, a new poll reveals. A third of couples broke something during sex and 10% made insurance claims, reports the Sun. Damaged items include lamps, vases, beds, and even pulled down curtains.
And many hurt themselves too. Some 41% have suffered carpet burns, a third pulled their backs and 12% twisted ankles or wrists. Jacqueline Gold, chief executive of Ann Summers sex toy shops said, "It's fantastic that people are adventurous, but they need to be careful."

Tip #3: Many couples find sex in public to be hot and exhilarating. However, most municipalities strictly forbid sex in public and will go to great lengths to discourage your fun. While planning such a romp can be a turn-off for some, the build up and anticipation can also make it even more exciting. Carefully consider your location. While the possibility of being caught or seen can be a thrill, police intervention or being discovered by a group of school children on a hike in the woods usually dampens the fire.
Ouch! Park Rangers Combat Outdoor Sex
Park rangers in Holland are using stinging nettles and thistles to stop couples having sex in the open. Jos Evers, head ranger of Het Twiske park, near Amsterdam, says about 75 to 100 people regularly use the park for sex.His rangers have cut back bushes to create space for nettles and thistles to grow, reports De Telegraaf. He said: "When the weather is fine, we find 10 to 15 couples. They are very difficult to catch because they warn each other with mobile phones when they hear us approaching." Other tactics include stepping up police patrols and converting one of the most popular areas into a paintball venue.
Tip #4: Much to Dr. Phil’s chagrin, bargaining for sex can add light hearted playfulness and challenge to an otherwise routine sex life. Again, all participants must consent to the terms of the bargain, but you can otherwise get creative and amp up the anticipation of a hot sexual encounter. Isn’t there greater satisfaction in earning something than getting it for nothing?

A Cheshire man's girlfriend has promised him a threesome but only if he can get five million hits on his website. Richard Green, 30, of Stockton Heath, has more than 250,000 visits to www.pleasemakethiswork.com so far, says the Sun.Richard, who played cricket for England Under-19s, said the idea came from his girlfriend, Katie Greenwood, 21. He said: "A few months ago I asked if she would have a threesome. She said she might be into it but challenged me to make something out of it. "If I can get more than five million hits to my website she has agreed to let me find a girl—I even have it in writing."
Katie confirmed: "I've agreed to keep my end of the bargain but I want to have a little bit of a say in who the girl will be."
Tip #5: Sex while driving can be naughty, fun, and dangerous. This activity is perhaps best engaged in on a fairly deserted stretch of road to avoid collisions with unsuspecting motorists. The driver must be able to maintain enough sense to continue to operate the vehicle throughout the sexual encounter. If you’re the type that completely loses awareness of anything beyond pleasure while having sex you may want to skip this escapade.
Sex in Car Man Loses License
The Romanian man who crashed his car while his girlfriend gave him oral sex has lost his license for 90 days. Robert Filip, 19, who was naked when police arrived at the scene, must also pay for the damage to the car he hit.Police say Filip, 19, and his girlfriend Andrea Popescu, 18, were so carried away that they even continued in front of spectators after the crash. Filip apparently lost control of his car after forgetting to turn right on a curve and ploughing into a parked car in the city centre of Craiova, southwest Romania. But, as passers by gathered to see if the pair was all right, they saw them naked in the car and carrying on with their sex romp, oblivious to anything else.
Police said Filip had apologized, saying, "I am sorry for what happened but at the time I just could not stop myself."

Non-sexual distractions during sex (thinking about the kids, the laundry, the work that’s pilled on your desk, etcetera) often lead to a loss of arousal and difficulty with orgasm. You can harness the power of your imagination, through fantasy, to bring you back into the moment and fully experience all the pleasure that your body is receiving.
